Product Description

Silda Sildenafil – Viagra™ generic drug increases the body’s ability to achieve and maintain an erection during sexual stimulation. It works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis, so as sexual excitement increases, the increased blood flow stimulates an erection. It is the world’s most popular medication for the effective treatment of male erectile dysfunction

Side Effects

Silda is a selective phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) 100 mg tablet for oral administration. It treats erectile dysfunction, or an inability for a man to develop or maintain an erection of the penis during sex. Silda is identical to brand name Viagra in quality, strength, dosage and safety.

Active ingredient: Sildenafil Citrate

Package: 20 pills (100 mg)

Take Silda by mouth with or without food. Silda may not work as quickly if you take it with a high-fat meal. Silda is usually taken about 1 hour before sexual activity; however, it may be taken anywhere from 4 hours to a half hour before sexual activity. Silda can help you have an erection when sexual stimulation occurs. An erection will not occur just by taking a pill. If you miss a dose of Silda and you still intend to engage in sexual activity, take it as soon as you remember. Do not take it more often than once daily.

Keep drugs away from light and moisture in a cool, dry place with temperature between 15- 30 degrees C. Do not store the drugs in the bathroom. Keep out of reach of children.

Silda is a selective phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) 100 mg tablet for oral administration. The recommended dose for most patients is 50 mg taken as needed about one hour before sexual activity. It may be taken between 30 minutes and four hours prior to sexual activity. Depending on effect and tolerability, the dose may be increased to a maximum dose of 100 mg daily or reduced to 25 mg daily. It should not be used more than once daily.

Stop taking Silda and call your doctor immediately if you experience any of these serious side effects.

Hives, difficulty breathing, swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat are signs of an allergic reaction. Get medical help immediately.

If your erection is painful or lasts for more than four hours (priapism), seek immediate medical attention, as permanent tissue damage and impotency could result.

Make sure you’re healthy enough to have sex before taking Silda.

Do not take Silda if you are taking other drugs for erectile dysfunction.

Do not take Silda if you suffer from a heart condition or blood vessel problems severe enough to make sexual activity a danger. Also use Silda cautiously if you have suffered a heart attack, stroke, or life-threatening heart irregularities within the past 6 months.

For the safest results, do not mix Silda with alcohol and avoid using Silda with recreational drugs like amyl or butyl nitrate.

Do not take Silda if you are taking any of these brand name medications: Cimetidine for the treatment of ulcers, anti-fungal treatments like Ketoconazole and Itraconazole, antibiotics like Erythromycin and Rifampicin, HIV medications like Ritonavir and Saquinavir or any alpha-blockers to treat high blood pressure or prostate conditions including Hytrin, Flomax, Cardura, Minipress, Uroxatral, Norvir, Crixivan, Nizoral and Sporanox.

Use Silda with caution if you have a condition that might result in long-lasting erections, such as sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma or leukemia.

Do not take Silda drug if you are using Nitrate-based sprays such as Nitrolingual, ointments such as Nitro-Bid and Nitrol, injectable Nitronal or Isosorbide or medications such as Dilatrate-SR, Isordil or Sorbitrate.

Use Silda with caution if you suffer from any of the following medical conditions: diabetes, kidney or liver problems, bleeding disorders, stomach ulcers or eye diseases like retinitis pigmentosa or non-arteritic anterior ischaemic optic neuropathy.

Use Silda with caution if you have either high or low blood pressure or unstable angina.

Do not take Silda if you have developed any cardiac symptoms such as nausea, or chest pains during recent sexual activity. Should these symptoms develop after taking Silda, stop sexual activities immediately and seek medical advice.

Use Silda with caution if you have a genital problem or deformity of the penis such as Peyronie’s disease. If an erection persists and becomes uncomfortable, seek medical advice.

If you are taking a nitrate drug, such as nitroglycerin (Nitrostat) or isosorbide dinitrate (Dilatrate-SR) for chest pain or heart problems, do not take Silda, as the interaction with sildenafil can cause a sudden and dangerous drop in blood pressure. Be aware that some recreational drugs, such as amyl nitrate or nitrite (“poppers”) contain nitrates. Blood pressure can drop when Silda is taken with alpha-blockers.
